Welcome to CryptoStake. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CryptoStake platform ("Platform") and the services provided therein ("Services"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Services Description

CryptoStake offers a decentralized staking instrument with a combination of centralized and decentralized approaches, allowing users to stake virtual assets and participate in validator nodes.

General Information

Proof of Stake: CryptoStake uses the Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism, where users stake virtual assets to become validators.
Validator Selection: Validators are randomly selected after staking a specific number of virtual assets.
Staking Providers: CryptoStake connects users with validator nodes through a user-friendly interface.

User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Creation

Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.

Use of Services

Staking: Users must have the requisite number of virtual assets prescribed by the network's smart contract to participate in staking.
Asset Control: Users retain control of their private keys when using the decentralized approach.

Products

CryptoStake Wallet

Participation: Allows users to participate in validator nodes of popular virtual assets.
Control:Users maintain control of their private keys and delegate assets through a single interface.
Applications: Available for Android, iOS, Mac OS, and Windows, providing full control over private keys and facilitating independent transactions.
Crypto Swap Functionality: CRYPTOSAKE PLATFORM DOES NOT PROVIDE CRYPTO SWAP SERVICES. On the CryptoStake Platform, users can use the Crypto Swap functionality to swap cryptocurrencies through a third-party service provided by Exodus. The Cryptostake Platform provides only the technical opportunity to use Exodus services. For more information on their terms of service please visit Exodus Swap or contact them directly.The CryptoStrake uses Exodus for cryptocurrency swaps, and we are not responsible for any issues or losses arising from their services; all liabilities rest with Exodus.

Fees and Pricing

Commission: Users will be charged a fixed percentage of the staking rewards on a monthly basis. Different commissions may apply based on the virtual assets and the user’s deposit amount. You can find detailed information on our website by clicking on the main validator address in the "staking rewards" section under each relevant cryptocurrency, or by contacting us directly.

Client Standards

Onboarding: Users must deposit a minimum amount of assets as prescribed by the platform to onboard.

Security and Privacy

Data Collection: CryptoStake limits data collection to the necessary minimum of non-personal statistical data.
Infrastructure: Our server infrastructure is designed for maximum scalability and independence, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted service.
